ORDERS SHIPPING TO CANADIAN DESTINATIONS
Jo Malone Online Canada orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Jo Malone Online Canada package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout".
STANDARD SHIPPING -
Delivery within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date for most orders. Please note that shipping to rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times of up to 14 business days.
EXPRESS SERVICE -
Delivery within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. Express Service orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times of up to 8 business days. Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.
Place Express Service orders by 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to enjoy same-day shipping.* Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies
Jo Malone Online Canada is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Jo Malone Online Canada is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
